The pathological characterization of specific and nonspecific changes in the liver of patients with tuberculosis in HIV infection was given. Morphologically identified specific tuberculous changes in 30% of cases, which was characterized by miliary dissimination in the capsule and / or in the parenchyma as millet diffuse tubercles, detect multiple epithelioid cell granulomas formed without caseous necrosis with macrophage component, involving giant cells Pirogov-Langhans. Various types of degenerative changes of hepatocytes was detected in 100% of cases, not rarely had a mixed character, combined with focal necrotic changes with different severity of fibrosis of the portal tracts in 38%, and there has been the development of productive vasculitis, microabscesses in the liver in 16% of cases.
