EATING BEHAVIOR AND LIPID METABOLISM IN PATIENTS WITH HYPERTENSION

In women with arterial hypertension (n=82) thyroid disfunctions registered in 23,4 % cases: hypothyroidism in 18,3% and hyperthyroidism in 6,1% women what is corresponded the thyroid disease structure in population of Chelyabinsk region, High normal thyroid-stimulating hormone levels in ranges of 2,5 – 4,0 мкМЕ/ml in women with arterial hypertension disease is associated with high body mass index Quetelet. Thyroid peroxidase antibodies (TPOAb) is revealed in 54,5 % females from 55 who was examined on thyroid peroxidase antibodies that is significantly higher compared with the thyroiditis spreading in Chelyabinsk region population. In women with arterial hypertension disease and thyrotoxicosis thyroid peroxidase antibodies is revealed in 100 % cases, in hypothyroidism – in 58,3 % women. Thyroid-stimulating hormone levels and thyroid peroxidase antibodies frequency in women was not depended on stage and duration of arterial hypertension disease.
