INFECTIONS OF REPRODUCTIVE SYSTEM IN THE WOMEN OF RISK GROUP WITH PREECLAMPSIA

Infectious and inflammatory factors are more precisely studied with the reference to development of various obstetric complications. The number of the pregnant women with chronic infections of the reproductive system is increasing. The infectious diseases of the pelvic organs in the women with the risk of preeclampsia have been studied. According to the results of microbiological and cytological smear tests of the cervix during pregnancy, 62.4% of pregnant women had vaginal biocenosis disorders. The results of the tests revealed the clinical and laboratory signs of chlamydia, mycoplasma, cytomegalovirus infection in 58.2% cases. Biological media (cervical mucus) have been studied with the reference to the content of biogenic amines, especially histamine, catecholamines and serotonin. It has revealed high levels of histamine. Early treatment of infectious diseases of the reproductive system of women reduces complications’ rate during pregnancy.
