DIAGNOSTICS AND PROPHYLAXIS OF EMOTIONAL BURNOUT SYNDROME AT EARLY STAGE OF ITS FORMATION

The article presents the results of identifying of emotional burnout syndrome in the stress-loaded socionomic professions at early stages of its formation on the model of work of paramedical personnel of the surgical department. 52 nurses were examined. The study was done on the principle of voluntariness and confidence. We used psychodiagnostic screening in two groups with different length of work by means of Boyko, Taylor methods and the Holmes and Rahe Scale. The sampling is divided into two groups depending on the length of work: I group. – 5-10 years (24 persons); II group – 10-20 years (28 persons). We found reliable signs of incipient disadaptation in prenosological level, which is most sensitive to psycho-correctional work. The obtained data give an idea of the dynamics of development of emotional burnout syndrome and the targets for psycho-prophylactic and psycho-correctional work and allow to solve the primary preventive tasks.
