The article performs data on vital activity restrictions for female patients of various age groups with urine incontinence receiving follow up care in policlinics and in twenty-four-hour stay establishments. The survey was conducted by such criteria of vital restrictions as movement disturbances, communication, self-service, training, orientation disorders, working ability and behavior control decrement. The results of the survey show that all the parameters of vital activity restrictions for middle-aged and aged respondent patients receiving follow up care in policlinics are worse than those for respondents in twenty-four-hour stay establishments; age-dependent reliable growth of all the parameters of vital activity restrictions for patients with urine incontinence is confirmed as well. The received data show, that urine incontinence in middle and old age is accompanied by restriction of all vital activity parameters, what leads to social isolation of women and justifies the necessity to develop for women suffering from such pathology an algorithm of diagnostics and follow up care with assistance of psychologists.
