Prevalence of such geriatric syndromes as hypomobility syndrome, malnutrition syndrome, cognitive disabilities syndrome, bedsores syndrome, obstipation syndrome, falling syndrome, sarcopenias, pain syndrome, dementias, anxious-depressive syndrome, sleep disturbance syndrome, frailty, psychological difficulties is analyzed in the article on the basis of the results of specialized geriatric examination of middle-aged and aged women suffering from urine incontinence and receiving follow up care in policlinics or in twenty-four-hour stay establishments. When comparing results of specialized geriatric examination of middle-aged and aged patients with urine incontinence reliable age dependent growth of geriatric syndromes prevalence was confirmed. The article uncovers the fact that the system of geriatric syndromes considering is not represented in the existing framework of providing medical care for aged women with urine incontinence what leads to absence of age oriented algorithms of early diagnostics, correction and dispensary follow up of patients of this age group.
