We analyzed prevalence of main behavioral (smoking, drinking alcohol, low physical activity, malnutrition) and biological (arterial hypertension, body mass index, abdominal obesity, dislipoproteinemia, hyperglicemia) among medical students. We detected interconnection of this factors and level of leptin, NO2- and NO3- in blood serum. We took into account sex, grade point average, marital status. We found high prevalence of smoking, drinking alcohol, overweight and abdominal obesity. There is higher prevalence of overweight and abdominal obesity, and lower prevalence of underweight body among men than among women. We detected straight correlation between body mass index and abdominal obesity, systolic and diastolic blood pressure, level of leptin, and feedback correlation between body mass index and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol. High level of leptin was associated with low level of NO2- and NO3- in blood serum.
