MORPHOLOGICAL STUDY OF THE MUCOUS MEMBRANE OF THE LIPS IN PATIENTS WITH ATOPIC NEURODERMATITIS

The article presents the results of the analysis of morphological features of the mucous membrane of the lips of patients suffering from atopic neurodermatitis. Was conducted cytological examination of smears, fingerprints with red border of lips with counting the number of cells in 100 random fields of view. The peculiarities of the cellular composition of the epithelium of the mucous membrane of the red portion of the lips, depending on the severity and clinical picture of atopic neurodermatitis: localized neurodermatitis, widespread atopic neurodermatitis and diffuse neurodermatitis. Conducted immunohistochemically the study of membrane receptors of epithelial cells in smears-the prints showed a reduction in activity in the expression of receptors depending on the severity of the clinical manifestations of atopic neurodermatitis.
