DIRECT AUTOFLUORESCENCE VISUALIZATION AS METHOD FOR EARLY DIAGNOSTICS OF ORAL MUCOSE ABNORMALITES

The problems of early diagnostics of the oral mucosa abnormalities in the country was designate. Oncological alertness dentists remains the key to prevention of oral cancer was mark. The results of clinical examination of patients with oral mucosa lesions based on the principles of evidence-based medicine and completeness of diagnosis. Emphasis on non-invasive detection of cancer pathology and reduce the risk of its development was . The method of direct autofluorescence visualization of oral tissue was use in this research. It implemented through a system of «VELScope Vx», which allows to detect existing oral mucosa abnormalities, even at the preclinical stage of its development. At the same time, the results of clinical dental research indicate the need for a deeper study of the method of direct autofluorescence visualization of tissue in the clinic.
