The aim of this study was to examine the results of the daily ECG Holter monitoring (Holter ECG) 1 year after myocardial infarction in patients with different modes of revascularization. Patients at the hospital phase of treatment were divided into 3 groups: Group 1 consisted of patients who underwent thrombolytic therapy (TLT), patients in group 2 was performed percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI), the third group consisted of patients without myocardial revascularization . Of the total clinical group patients were selected 83 patients who in addition to laboratory studies, was repeatedly held ECG Holter. Analysis of the results showed that the holding of TLT in acute myocardial infarction reduces paroxysmal atrial arrhythmias, reduce the duration of ischemia, the positive dynamics of heart rate variability (HRV). Patients third group on the background of optimal therapy was a decrease in paroxysms of atrial fibrillation (AF), but no significant dynamics in the incidence of other rhythm disturbances and duration of ischemia. Patients with a history of PCI, there was a decrease of episodes and duration of ischemia, the incidence of cardiac arrhythmias, improved HRV.
