FEATURES OF SOCIO-HYGIENIC CHARACTERISTICS OF DEPUTY HEAD PHYSICIAN ON MEDICAL WORK

The Current conditions of functioning urban polyclinics require permanent expansion of functional duties of Deputy head physician on medical work, which, in turn, entails a change in the level of professional competences of the named executives. The impact of socio-hygienic characteristics of the substituents on the possibility of adapting them to the changing conditions of management of the city polyclinics are urgent and timely to explore. Of particular interest is the choice of methodology for assessing the effectiveness of the work of the Deputy chief doctor and the definition of priority components of the socio-hygienic characteristics from the point of view of their impact on the results of the work of managers. The study founds that the age and gender of the Deputy chief doctor significantly affect the cost of working time and, to some extent, determine the choice of the directions of work.
