The current conditions of functioning of pediatric clinics are characterized by development and introduction of new technologies of organization and management of medical aid to children. Such technologies include restructuring and project management, for which demand is connected with the instability of the external and internal environment of the medical organizations. These technologies are preferred due to the fact that their use does not lead to significant destabilization of the work of organizations. One of the conditions of restructuring and implementation of project management in a medical organization is to study the contingents of service. The research showed that among serviced contingents from voluntary medical insurance and as a fact of needing in medical care prevail unorganized contingents of children, and the number of boys in need of assistance at the age of 12-17 years, exceeds the number of girls of the same age.
