Objective - тo study the chronophysiologic characteristics and dexterity in menopausal women that may lead to perimenopausal and menopausal disorders. 234 women were examined in the late reproductive and perimenopausal periods between the ages of 35 to 60 years. Were was examined vegetative status, somnological, psycho-emotional status, melatonin metabolism and adaptive capacity of the cardiovascular system of women. It was used enzyme immunoassay to determine levels of melatonin, and tests by Spielberger-Khanin, Annette and Ostberg were used. There were statistically significant differences in terms of vegetative, somnological, psycho-emotional status, adaptive capacity, and melatonin metabolism in perimenopausal women with normal and complicated course according to the spatio-temporal organization of functional processes (stereoisomerism and circadian chronotype) of a female body. The typing of chronophysiologic characteristics, stereoisomeric and circadian chronotype in perimenopausal women may predict neuro-vegetative, psycho-emotional, endocrine and metabolic disorders.
