The results of the socio-hygienic monitoring (for example, municipal districts of the Omsk region) for long-term follow-up period, as summarized in the form of socio-sanitary passport. An original method of forming the socio-sanitary passport, based on the method of percentiles and recommended for use in institutions Rospotrebnadzor.
