THE INFLUENCE OF AN INTRAVENOUS LASER IRRADIATION OF THE BLOOD ON CLINICAL IMPLICATIONS AND QUALITY OF LIFE IN THE PHASE OF THE EXACERBATION OF THE CHRONIC PANCREATITIS

The aim of the present investigation is to study the influence of an intravenous laser irradiation of a blood on clinical implications and quality of life sick of a chronic pancreatitis. In total 94 patients have been parted on the basic (47 patients) and control groups (47 patients) are surveyed. The patient of the basic group to the medicamental connected intravenous laser irradiation of a blood. The control group received only medicamental treatment. The analysis of general questionnaire SF-36 at entering has taped depression of quality of life sick of a chronic pancreatitis in an exacerbation phase. Including of an intravenous laser irradiation of a blood in complex therapy sick of a chronic pancreatitis promotes authentic and faster cupping of the basic clinical syndromes, improvement of quality of life.
