In the paper the results of a survey of 100 patients with acute obstructive bronchitis children 1-6 years old (50 children living in ecologically unfavorable area and 50 children - in the area of relative ecological wellbeing) were presented. It is revealed that course acute obstructive bronchitis in children from ecologically unfavorable zones was characterized by early onset of a disease, prolonged period of fever, cough and obstruction. Results of research indicate the need of the accounting of ecology of a place of continuous accommodation of the child for an assessment of weight of a course of disease. To children with the acute obstructive bronchitis living in ecologically adverse district of the city, in out-patient and polyclinic conditions longer rehabilitation actions and the therapy directed on increase of adaptation and protective forces of an organism are required.
