The object of this study was to analyze the results of treatment of 480 patients with ductal complications of gallstone disease and block at the distal part of the common bile duct benign etiology for the period 2007-2012. Optimized Management of acute biliary pancreatitis. The positive effect of clinical and laboratory endobiliary make emergency interventions formulated principles of prevention of complications.
