ANALYSIS OF THE FACTORS, WHICH LEAD TO THE OCCLUSION DISTURBANCES IN PATIENTS WITH INTEGRAL DENTAL NUMBERS AND ORTOGNATICHESKIM FORM OF THE BITE

The disturbances of the physiological joining of dental numbers are revealed sufficiently frequently with the inspection of the patients of stomatological profile. Is known the position of the number of the researcher- stomatologists, who consider that occlusion disturbances - extended reason for the disfunctions of temporal- mandibular joint, masticatory muscles, diseases of periodontium, which are manifested by the painful symptoms of different nature. As the factors of the occlusion disturbances of dental numbers leading to the formation separate the underdevelopment of jaws in children, the disturbances of the attitude of body, the defects of the solid cloths of teeth, and so the defects, anomalies and deformations of dental numbers. There are data of studies, which prove, that the factors, which lead to the occlusion disturbances in patients with integral dental numbers and ortognaticheskim form of bite, are encountered in 84% of cases. Among them the nonsimultaneous and difficult cutting of the third molars, the reduction in area of occlusion contacts, the irrational restoration of the defects of the solid cloths of lateral teeth by direct composite restorations. Is necessary the development of objective criteria with the analysis of the functionality of the joining of dental numbers for the timely development and preventing the development of occlusion disturbances in patients with integral dental numbers and ortognaticheskim form of bite.
