ANEMIA AT PATIENTS WITH CHRONIC HEPATITIS C, WHO ARE RECEIVING COMBINED ANTI-VIRUS THERAPY. THE SYMPTOMS, AND THE FEATURES OF PATHOGENESIS

The patients with chronic hepatitis C, are receiving combined anti-virus therapy, have frequently the positive virological result. But some patients during the treatment can receive the development of adverse effects. A special place in this case occupies hematological syndromes. In this work we have studied some features of pathogenesis from anemia at patients with chronic hepatitis C, who receives combined anti-virus therapy. We had been executed special researches: automatic hematological the analysis, electronic microscopy, definition of activity of some enzymes and concentration of markers defeats of lipids by superoxide radicals, a level of antibodies against erythrocytes, concentration of human erythropoietin, and the DNA polymorphism of genes SOD2, CAT, GPX4. There are 224 patients, who are receiving combined anti-virus therapy of chronic hepatitis C, in this research.
