THE PREDICTIVE VALUE OF LABORATORY CRITERIA AT PNEUMONIA AT CHILDREN

In article it is developed new approaches and criteria of forecasting of emergence of pulmonary and pleural complications at pneumonia at children. Proceeding from pathological physiology of process in tissue of a lung, were selected a number of the laboratory criteria characterizing the main making links of an inflammation. Effective criteria of a negative outcome of a course of pneumonia were changes of such indicators as aPTT, MMP-1, TIMP, SFMC that speaks about need of control of these indicators at children with pneumonia within routine inspection and expeditious taking measures for the prevention of development of pulmonary complication at change of level of these indicators. At the same time such indicators as blood sedimentation rate, level of leukocytes of blood, fibrinogen have boundary indicators by criteria of evidential medicine, relative risk are respectively equal: 0,48; 0,74; 0,75
