СLINICAL EVALUATION OF WOUND HEALING PROCESS IN THE MUCOSA OF THE ORAL CAVITY USIHG A POLYMER GRAFT

The possibilities of clinical application of polymeric materials to optimize postoperative wounds in the oral mucosa. Patients were harvested and free connective tissue grafts on the hard palate, followed by donor area was closed graft polymer. The course of wound healing process using polymer materials in dynamics. It has been established that the modern polymers are completely meet modern requirements imposed on the transplants: biocompatibility, plasticity, no allergic reactions and possible infection, resistance to mechanical damage, the possibility of sterilization reasonable cost. Described and analyzed the results of doing a polymer graft wound and clinical changes in comparison with the traditional method.
