EFFICIENCY OF ERADICATION THERAPY AT PATIENTS WITH THE FAST AND SLOW METABOLISM OF INHIBITORS OF THE PROTON POMP

Pharmacogenetic studies have established the heterogeneity of the human population in its ability to metabolize drugs, including proton pump inhibitors. Dynamics of clinical, endoscopic picture and efficiency of HP eradication in patients with peptic ulcer associated with HP living in Omsk region, on the background of eradication therapy depending on the type of metabolism of the IPP. Patients fast and intermediate latter to insucient buildup of STIs treated as antisecretory drugs omeprazole standard doses, speed dynamics of clinical symptoms against a background of treatment below, and the frequency and duration of exacerbations, the risks of complications of ulcer disease is higher than slow the latter to insucient buildup. Instrumental proved the effectiveness of eradication therapy in patients, treated as an antisecretory drug omeprazole, higher in slow the latter to insucient buildup.
