STANDARDIZATION OF THE PRIMARY MEDICAL EXAMINATION SERVICE COMPONENT AS THE METHOD OF IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF THE AGE-PROOF SERVICE

Lately age-proof services become more and more popular among patients. The problem of ensuring the quality of such kind of services is connected with the absence of clear and conventional definition of the term age-proof service, as a result generally accepted standards in this area don’t exist. The result of implementing in the practice of medical organizations the algorithm of service component during the primary medical examination of patients who seek age-proof service is revealed in the article. The introduction of the above algorithm has improved the commercial component of medical organizations. In six months since the implementation of this algorithm the number of patients, who appealed for age-proof services on the recommendation of the has increased by 12,2 %; the variety of services bought by patients in one medical organization has increased from 1,4+0,04 to 2,1+0,10 per patient. We should point out the fact that according to expert appraisals, positive changes have occurred in the medical component. Thus the number of incomplete examinations has decreased by 19,6 %, the number of brief examinations – by 52,2 %.
