C- REACTIVE PROTEIN AS AN INDICATOR OF A SYSTEM INFLAMMATION AT A CHRONIC OBSTRUCTIVE PULMONARY DISEASE PATIENTS

The level of С- reactive protein, as a parameter of a system inflammation, at 77 patients with at a chronic obstructive pulmonary disease I-IV(COPD) in a stable condition is investigated. At 83,3 5 % has been concomitantdiseasesofcardiovascularsystem: ischemic heart disease and arterial hypertension,at 74% patientsсCOPD IV -corpulmonale. The wide variation of level С- reactive proteinat patients inside each degree of weight chronic obstructive pulmonary disease has been revealed. Average levels С- reactive protein were significantly above at patients with IV degree in comparison with I, II and III degree of weight of illness.Return correlation between level С-reactive proteinand FEV1 is found.Presencecorpulmonale and accompanying diseases, such as ischemic heart disease and arterial hypertensioninfluences an level of this parameter. С- reactive protein appeared significantly above at COPD, complicated corpulmonale, and presence of the concomitant diseases of cardiovascular system.
