The article describes peculiarities of diagnosis and planning of treatment of malocclusion among Tanzanians. The conclusion is made that for the inhabitants of Tanzania, characterized by positive inclinatie upper and lower jaws, anterior displacement of most of bone structures geneticheskoi part of the face and dentition, a significant decrease in angle of the mandible.
