CHANGE HEMODYNAMICS OF THE BRAIN AFTER THE RECONSTRUCTION OF POOLS OF ICA IN PATIENTS WITH PAD

The purpose of work was studying hemodynamics of the brain after the reconstruction of pools of ICA in patients with combined atherosclerotic lesion of carotid arteries and arteries of lower extremities. The patients were divided into 2 groups depending on the stenosis of the ICA. 1 group is comprised of 19 patients with stenosis of the ICA to 70 %. In group 2 were 30 patients with stenosis of ICA more than 70 %. Cerebral hemodynamics were evaluated carotid endarterectomy and 3 weeks after surgery transcranial dopplerography with the definition of cerebrovascular reactivity in the MCA both hemispheres. Compared with pre - and post-operative values of linear blood flow velocity, index circular resistance and gain speed KΔV by the MCA-side reconstruction and on the opposite side.
