Preventive anti-ulcerogenic action of ethylmethylhydroxypyridine malate and some derivants of aminohexane and acetylglutamine acids is studied at their course introduction on model of ulcer lesion induced by introduction of diclofenac. It is shown that ethylmethylhydroxypyridine malate and derivative of N-acetyl-6-aminohexane acids with laboratory codes LHT-1-09 and LHT-3-09 possess the greatest gastroprotective activity. Noted medication and compounds limit the total area of stomach ulcer for 73%, 54% and 52% respectively, reduce quantity of deep ulcers (by 51%, 62% and 46%) and their area (for 78%, 75% and 74%). Ethylmethylhydroxypyridine malate and compounds LHT- 1-09 and LHT-3-09 reduce a share of animals with symptoms of intragastric bleeding from 100% in screening group to 25%, 8,3% and 25% respectively, reduce quantity (by 94,4%) and the area (for 98,6%, 98% and 89% respectively) of ulcers with a hemosiderin.
