Objective: to study the influence of noninvasive monitoring of blood viscosity and hematocrit in the complex of measures of pre-hospital correction гиповолемических violations on the results of surgical treatment of patients with obstructive colonic obstruction. 57 patients, formed the core group in the complex of measures of prehospital correction hypovolemic violations used noninvasive monitoring of blood viscosity and hematocrit using a portable device (patent RF №110947 of 16.06.2011); 60 patients of group mappings prehospital correction hypovolemic violations carried out on the basis of clinical criteria. Patients in the two study groups were comparable by the main parameters. Noninvasive monitoring of blood viscosity and hematocrit allowed differentially, taking into account individual peculiarities of compensation volemic disorders patient substantially increase the volume of pre-hospital infusion, to control the process compensation, prevent hypovolemic complications. Application of non-invasive monitoring of blood viscosity and hematocrit prehospital allows to diagnose disorders of rheological properties of blood due to gipovolemiei, optimize the prehospital compensation in patients with obstructive colonic obstruction, providing a significant reduction in the duration of preoperative preparation, reducing the number of thrombotic, postoperative infectious complications, the reduction of surgical treatment.
