STUDY OF LIPID PROFILE ON ACOUSTIC ANALYZER ACBA -01- “BIOM ®» IN INDIVIDUALS WITH DIFFERENT LIPID CONTENT

Studied the possibility of determining the parameters of lipid and lipoproteins in the blood serum on nonchemical acoustic analyzer ACBA -01- “BIOM ®» and compared them with the results obtained by conventional biochemical methods, research on automatic biochemical analyzers. Was examined randomly selected group of persons of 30 people with different levels of serum lipids. In patients examined the levels of total cholesterol (TC) ranged from 2.43 to 9.09 mmol /l; high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) - 0.8 to 1.95 mmol /l; triglyceride (TG) - from 0.5 to 5.95 mmol /l. Found that the accuracy of lipid acoustic method is not actually inferior to that of using biochemical methods to modern biochemical analyzers. It is shown that the acoustic instrument ACBA -01- “BIOM ®» allows multiparameter analysis of serum lipids, without the use of chemicals, not yielding to the accuracy of traditional methods.
